These terms apply between the online store Cooland Shop (https://coolandshop.com) and any customer placing an order.

If any condition is not specified, it will be governed by standard practices in distance selling, in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Portuguese Direct Marketing Association.

These terms define the sales process between Cooland and the customer — from order to payment, delivery and services.

Orders

To place an order, the customer must complete the form available on the website.

Before confirming, the customer should carefully review all details, including name, billing and shipping address.
Cooland is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect information.

Orders are subject to stock availability.
If an item is unavailable, the customer will be informed and fully refunded.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipping.

If the order has already been shipped:

• The customer must accept delivery and return the item unopened
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

If the customer refuses delivery:

• Shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund

Cooland reserves the right to refuse any order.

Cooland does not have access to your payment details and ensures maximum security and confidentiality.

Invoices are generated automatically after payment.
No changes can be made to invoice details after purchase.

Unclaimed Orders

If the customer does not collect the order within the carrier’s deadline (6 business days) and it is returned to Cooland:

• The customer must pay for reshipping
• Free shipping (if applicable) only applies to the first shipment
